Dr. Saucedo Travels to Colombia!

The Hand Center of San Antonio's very own, Dr. James Saucedo, was invited to travel to Bogota, Colombia to speak at an Upper Extremity Course hosted by TriMed and Fundacion Santa Fe de Bogota. Along with Dr. Robert Medoff of Hawaii (and developer of fragment-specific fixation for distal radius fractures) and Dr. Alex Shin of Mayo Clinic, Dr. Saucedo will help teach Colombian Surgeons advanced techniques in wrist fracture management.  

Distal radius fractures, simple and complex, early and late, are a particular interest of Dr. Saucedo's and just one of the many types of injuries and conditions involving the upper extremity that are treated at the Hand Center of San Antonio.
