Congratulations to Our Graduating Fellows!!!

And welcome to those joining us!

Today is a bittersweet day for us. Today, three incredibly talented young surgeons will complete their fellowship training in upper extremity and microvascular surgery here at the Hand Center of San Antonio and will move on to wonderful practices across the country.

Dr. Lindsey Hagstrom, an orthopaedic surgeon by training, has joined a hand surgery practice in San Diego, California. Dr. Aimee Perreira, also an orthopaedic surgeon by background, will soon be taking care of patients at an orthopaedic surgery group in Hawaii. And finally, Dr. Shruti Tannan, a plastic surgeon, will be joining the faculty at Wake Forest University where she will teach plastic and orthopaedic surgery residents in addition to taking care of patients. 

We are SO PROUD of our graduates, and as sad as we are to see them go, we are very excited for the wonderful opportunities in front of them and happy for all the patients whose lives they will make better. Congratulations!
